Privacy policy

This website is operated by HADE ("we", "us"). This policy covers information you send us through this website. Information we handle for clients while providing our services is covered by our terms of service and the client's proposal. What we collect

What you send through the contact form or the chat assistant. Through the form: name, business name, email, phone, the service you're interested in and your message. The server also records your IP address and the time you sent it, so we can stop automated spam.

Why we use it

To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request; we never add you to marketing texts. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your last message if we don't work together. If we do, for as long as we work together and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who else processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and keeps a copy of your message;
• Resend, Inc., which delivers your message to our inbox;
• Google (Google Workspace), where we receive it;
• Anthropic, PBC, the AI model provider that writes the chat assistant's answers.

Some of these providers, and part of our team, work outside the United States, in the European Union. Your information is handled under the same rules wherever it is processed.

The chat assistant

If you use the chat, your messages and the assistant's answers are stored on our servers (Cloudflare), with an anonymous code derived from your IP address and your browser type, so we can stop abuse. To write each answer, your messages are sent to Anthropic, PBC, which does not use them to train its models. When you close the conversation, our team receives it by email so we can follow up. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat. We keep conversations only as long as we need them to help you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. In your browser, the chat keeps the conversation in local storage so you see it on every page; it is not a tracking cookie, and the "New conversation" button clears it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits and taps on our phone number, email or form with our own tool, without cookies. It stores no IP address, only an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can't recognize you from one day to the next.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@hadeagency.com and we reply within 30 days. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you have these rights under that law too, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
